Order statuses help buyers, sellers, and support understand exactly where an order stands.
- Unpaid: The buyer started checkout, but payment has not been completed yet.
- Active: The order is paid and the seller can work on the task.
- Delivered: The seller submitted the completed work for buyer review.
- Completed: The buyer accepted delivery, or the order was completed by the marketplace rules.
- Cancelled: The order was closed before completion.
- Disputed: The order needs review because one side reported a serious issue.
