Order files should be used for work documents, examples, screenshots, final deliverables, and project materials.
- Use clear file names when possible.
- Only upload files that are relevant to the order.
- Do not upload unsafe files, private data that is not needed, or files that violate marketplace rules.
- Keep important order related files inside the order page so support can review them if needed.
If a file is too large or fails to upload, contact the other party and support with details.
