PayPal Payouts

If you request a PayPal payout, we may store your PayPal email, payout amount, payout status, payout batch ID, payout item ID, transaction ID, webhook event ID, and related payment processor responses.

5. Messages, Orders, Reviews, and Support Tickets

• Admins may review messages if they are reported, involved in a dispute, connected to fraud, or needed for support.
• Order timelines may record actions such as payment, delivery, completion, cancellation, dispute updates, tips, admin actions, and PayPal events.

Do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, financial account details, or private documents through messages unless absolutely necessary for an order or support request.

Some information cannot be fully deleted immediately because we may need to keep it for payments, payouts, disputes, chargebacks, legal compliance, fraud prevention, marketplace safety, or accounting.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect information. These may include password hashing, CSRF protection, access controls, session security, server-side validation, admin restrictions, logging, and payment verification.

No website, marketplace, payment system, or storage method can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting your password, using a secure email account, logging out on shared devices, and reporting suspicious activity.

12. Children and Minors

Taskbux is not intended for children. Users must be old enough to legally use online marketplace and payment services in their location. If we learn that an account belongs to someone who is not allowed to use the platform, we may suspend or delete the account.
