When an order is cancelled, the order is closed before normal completion.
Depending on the payment method and admin action, buyer funds may be returned to balance, seller pending funds may be reversed, or the order may be closed without a refund.
Cancellation does not remove the need to follow marketplace rules. Support may still review messages, files, payments, and dispute history.
