A revision is a request for the seller to adjust the delivered work based on the original order scope.
Use revision requests when the delivery needs changes that are included in the package or were part of the original requirements.
Revision requests should be clear and specific. Explain what needs to be changed and reference the original requirement when possible.
New work, extra features, or requests outside the original scope may require a new order or a paid extra.
